Once you send in your brief, Miditech Studios will assign a Relationship Manager to your project who will get in touch with you to understand your requirements. A quote that will include a set of production assumptions & a draft timeline will be sent for your review. A follow up call with your Relationship Manager can be arranged to negotiate & discuss the specifics of the quote.
Once you agree on the budget a 20% advance will be requested to enable a Creative Producer to be assigned to your project. The Creative Producer will be your one stop point of contact for the entire project. On receipt of the advance, a production team will be assembled & the creative treatment developed. A standard contract will also be generated at this stage, that will need to be signed by you, before we can proceed.
On signing of the contract and receipt of the advance, a detailed creative treatment, timeline & final budget (if any production assumptions have changed) will then be presented to you for your approval.
Once you approve the creative, a further 60% of the approved budget will become due.
The balance 20% is to be paid before delivery of the final contracted video material.
